Sajid Nadiadwala’s upcoming romantic drama Sanki starring Suniel Shetty’s son Ahan Shetty opposite Pooja Hegde will release in theatres on Valentine’s Day next year, the makers announced on Saturday.

Ahan’s sister Athiya Shetty shared the post on her Instagram story with a fire-heart emoji.
Helmed by debutante directors Adnan A Shaikh and Yasir Jah, the film is written by Rajat Aroraa. It is produced by Nadiadwala, known for backing films like Baaghi, Heropanti and Kick.
Ahan, son of Suniel Shetty, made his acting debut with the 2021 action romance film Tadap alongside Tara Sutaria. The upcoming film will see him reuniting with Nadiadwala, who had also produced Tadap.
Pooja, known for starring in films like Housefull 4 and Mohenjo Daro, was last seen in the 2023 action comedy Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan alongside Salman Khan. She also has the action thriller Deva in the pipeline, in which she will share screen space with Shahid Kapoor.
