Mithun Chakraborty’s birthday will be celebrated in the upcoming episode of Dance Bangla Dance. Special guests Mir, Raj Chakraborty and Mamata Shankar will be present, while Humpty and Deepannita will take the stage dressed as Mithun and Yogita Bali and enthral the audience.

Mahaguru Mithun Chakraborty makes a comeback to Dance Bangla Dance after a hiatus of 10 years. Actresses Srabanti, Subhashree Ganguly and Mouni Roy had joined him as judges. Also, Ankush Hazra returned as the host of this season of Dance Bangla Dance.

“The greatest achievement of Dance Bangla Dance over the years is that it has been able to create a platform for dancers above four years of age to showcase their talents and get judged by some of the stalwarts of the industry in front of a large and discerning audience. This stage gave birth to many budding actors and performers over the years. Contestants this year have been selected through auditions held across the major districts of Bengal,” said Navnita Chakraborty.

The special episode of Dance Bangla Dance will air on Zee Bangla on June 17 from 9pm.
