The constituents of the ruling dispensation held a meeting in Ranchi on Sunday to discuss the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
They also took stock of the preparedness of Ulgunan Nyay Maharally, a public meeting of the INDIA bloc constituents, planned to be held in Ranchi on April 21.
The meeting in Ranchi will be held at the local Prabhat Tara Maidan and is expected to be attended by the top leaders of the INDIA bloc.
The meeting on Sunday was held at the house of the JMM working president and former chief minister Hemant Soren who is currently in judicial custody following his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case.
The meeting was, however, attended by Hemant's wife Kalpana Murmu Soren who will contest the bypoll for the Gandey Assembly seat that will be held simultaneously with the Lok Sabha poll next month.
