The registration process for Tripura NEET UG Counselling 2024 is set to conclude today, August 20, marking the final opportunity for aspiring medical students to secure their place in the state's prestigious educational institutes. However, the fee payment window will remain functional till August 21, 2024.
Conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tripura, the counselling process allows eligible candidates to apply for MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, and BDS programmes based on their NEET 2024 scores.
How to Register
- Visit the official website of the DME Tripura at dme.tripura.gov.in.
- Click on the ‘Apply Online’ tab on the homepage.
- If you are a new user create an account on the portal and log in.
- Fill out the form by providing your personal, academic, and NEET exam details.
- Upload the required documents and necessary certificates.
- Pay the registration fee as per the specified schedule.
Registration Fee
- General/OBC-NCL(State Domicile) - ₹2500
- General-EWS(State Domicile)/OBC-NCL(Non-Domicile) - ₹2000
- SC/ST/PwD/Other - ₹1800
The counselling process involves multiple rounds, where candidates will be allotted seats in various government and private medical colleges across Tripura, depending on their NEET scores and preferences.
After the closure of the registration window, the DME will release the merit list, followed by the choice-filling and seat allotment phases.
