Steps to Check the India Post GDS Result

  • Visit the official website of India Post at indiapostgdsonline in.
  • Locate the ‘Shorlisted Candidates Published’ tab on the homepage.
  • Click on your designated state circle’s link.
  • The result will be displayed in a pdf form.

The India Post GDS Result 2024 has been released on a circle-wise basis. Candidates should check their results according to their respective circles. The result released is for the first merit list. Subsequent merit lists will be released as per the vacancies and availability of candidates.

Candidates who have made it to the first merit list must undergo document verification.

List of Published Circles

The first shortlisted candidates list has been published for the following state’s circles - Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal.

Results of other circles will be released shortly.

The Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) examination is conducted by India Post to recruit non-postal staff for various rural post offices across the country. The exam is aimed at providing employment opportunities to candidates from rural areas and improving postal services in these regions.
