Why you should use sulphate-free shampoo:

Sulphates are ingredients present in a lot of cleansing products. Sulphate shampoos create thick lather, but do no good to the hair. They cause hair damage.

Benefits of using sulphate-free shampoo:

• If you use sulphate-free shampoos, you hold on to essential hair oils which are produced naturally.

• Your hair colour is protected. These shampoos don’t strip your colour, if your hair is coloured, or they will make hair colour fade fast.

• Sulphate-free shampoos are good for dry and damaged hair, because they don’t strip extra moisture from the hair. They keep hair elasticity intact and hair strong.

• Good for sensitive scalp, as they don’t irritate the scalp or make it more dry.

• Stop using regular shampoo if you have curly hair. Such shampoo tends strip moisture from your hair, as curly hair is more dry.
