In an effort to be noticed in this wide stream of residential projects that are springing up in Rajarhat, Jain Group has tied up with Versace and Hager to provide a one-of-a-kind experience to future residents through Dream One, a residential project. Importing Versace wallpapers, tiles and accents, the design and colour schemes spell luxury from the very first viewing.

On the other hand, Hager brings to the table an automated life where operating your drapes, lights, alarms, video door phones, is as easy as pressing a button on your phone. Control your home from the comfort of your mobile device where a singular app lets you enjoy complete control, whether you are inside the house or outside it.

Located on a six-lane expressway, opposite the Eco Park, and sprawled over an estimated 3.2 acres with four towers, one has the option of choosing between two, three and four BHKs.

Speaking to t2 about the project was Rishi Jain, managing director, Jain Group.

“Real estate is slowly moving towards hospitality and the expectations that one has while walking into a five-star hotel, are the same expectations that one has while getting their dream home. So that is the kind of standards we would like to hold ourselves to when we offer the finished product to our customers,” said Jain. t2 took a walkthrough of their apartment.
