Creamy Pumpkin Soup served with Pretzel Thick and velvety, the soup is made with fresh pumpkin roasted with salt, pepper and oil and then pureed. The addition of cream lifts the dish. Rs 200 B. Halder

Tenderloin Steak Tenderloin marinated with salt, pepper and red wine, cooked in the oven and served with sauteed vegetables and mashed potato. Rs 500 B. Halder
Bacon Wrapped Asparagus served with Pretzel Bacon-wrapped asparagus is grilled and served with a sauce made with pepper, Worcestershire sauce, red wine and meat stock. While the asparagus provides crunch, the bacon is well-cooked and juicy. Rs 325 B. Halder
Chapter 2, the retro dine den in Mani Square, is soaking in the festive spirit of Oktoberfest — a festival held in Munich, Germany, during autumn — with traditional German delicacies, offers on beer and Bavarian folk music. While one of the main features of the festival is drinking endless mugs of beer, Chapter 2 is set to host the festival, in association with Mercedes-Benz, with a focus on food.

Wiener Schnitzel Pork meat flattened, marinated and shallow-fried on slow heat, giving it a nice crunch on the outside. Perfect as a snack-time munch, this is an Austrian dish which has a German counterpart. Rs 375 B. Halder
