Kebab-e-Que at The Astor Kolkata is adding some novelty to its menu to offer something existing and refreshing to a growing number of new patrons. And with winter setting in, the curation has been done keeping in mind the preference of Calcuttans with delectables like a range of new kebabs, papad platter to team with tipples, and desserts that have the flavour of the season intact.
Talking about the new menu, Amit Kobat, general manager, The Astor Kolkata, said: “The Astor is one of the most popular heritage properties with Kebab-E-Que at its centre. Not only from Calcutta but people from outside the city and country make it a point to visit KEQ regularly. Our consistent quality and great personalised service are always appreciated. With changing times, we decided to add a few new items to the menu that will appeal to the new generation as they are Insta-worthy, and tweaked some of our old recipes to add a little more sparkle to the existing menu. With these two objectives, we have revamped our entire menu, which runs into more than 125 items so that our patrons can enjoy the old comfort taste with a new zest.”
