After serenading gastronomes in Lake Gardens, New Town and Garia, Hanglaatherium branched out to Bansdroni this month. The interiors of the fifth outlet, a 35-seater, are designed in the signature Hanglaatherium hues of red, black, and white, with a simple seating arrangement. An eclectic illustration on the wall of the 700sq.ft diner serves as a visual representation of the brand’s journey so far, reflecting on the moments, experiences and emotions that have shaped Hanglaatherium’s story.
Hanglaatherium started its journey in 2012 under the leadership of Sunando Banerjee, Piyali Banerjee and Avijit Majumdar who are continuing their passion with this new outlet. The brand is known for specialising in authentic Indian and Mughlai cuisines. A very limited Chinese menu is also available on demand at the Bansdroni outlet. The menu features delectables like Dilli 6, Butter Tikka Kabab, Mutton Shaami Kabab, Chicken Tandoori, Basanti Pulao, Mutton Dakbunglow, Kadai Paneer, Dal Makhni, Mutton Hanglaabari, Nargisi Kofta, Firni and more.
