On the occasion of the upcoming Dumpling Day (September 26), The Flaming Bowl is hosting a Dim Sum Festival. The vegetarian pan-Asian diner at Harish Mukherjee Road will offer an array of delicately prepared dumplings that will be on offer till October 15.
The menu features around 15 varieties of dim sum, each of them being a blend of different flavours. Dig into Asparagus & Basil, Vegetable & Chive, Pakchoi & Mushroom, Shiitake Mushroom & Cream Cheese, Broccoli Cheese, Corn & Burnt Spring Onion and much more. There's also a coconut-flavoured dim sum to end your meals. There's also Floating Dim Sum that dunks the Cantonese delight into a flavourful broth. Jain and vegan options are available.
