2. Diarrhoea
If you are eating too much fat, you may experience. When the fatty foods you eat aren’t properly absorbed, your colon can produce excess fluid, causing diarrhoea.
3. Feeling sluggish
Eating too much fat could cause you to feel sluggish or tired during the day.
4. Weight gain
Though high-fat diets are often recommended for weight loss, you are at a risk to gain weight if you are having more than the correct amount of fat.
5. Restless sleep
Although too much fat can make you feel sluggish during the day, it can also create difficulty in falling or staying asleep. Since fat takes the longest to break down in the system, it can impact rest and sleep.
