Bianco, the European style-bistro in Ekdalia, is all geared up to showcase their finesse in culinary art with a new menu that is all about boutique-style European and continental delicacies. Some of the preparations on offer include dishes like the succulent and delicate Prawn Vietnamese Roll, Sundried Tomato Hummus and Oranges, Marble Cheese Cake and more.
“The recipes are all close to my heart, the presentation is set by a team of wonderful chefs and myself. We hope that it’s not only a visual delight but also a great experience overall,” says Rohan Pariyar, founder of Bianco.
