As it steps into its 20th year this November, Blue & Beyond, the rooftop resto bar in New Market, has crafted a menu that brings back all-time favourites like Crispy Chilli Baby Corn, Ajwaini Jhinga, Chicken Steak Sizzler, Honey Lemon Mustard Fish, Chicken a la Grecque, Roquefort Prawns, Calypso Fish, Peach Melba and Lat Mai Kai.
