FICCI FLO Kolkata hosted a session on ageing gracefully, with nutritionist Suman Agarwal

FICCI FLO Kolkata recently organised an interactive event called ‘Ageing Gracefully’, with celebrity nutritionist, fitness expert and accomplished author, Suman Agarwal. She shared her expertise and spoke about the 2005 launch of her line of healthy products and the luxury mithai brand 'Mishtha by Suman Agarwal', offering nutrition-packed sweets.

The session emphasised a holistic approach to well-being, stressing that weight loss should not be the primary goal, rather, focusing on wellness, fitness, and mental and spiritual health is paramount. Suman busted common myths, shared insights on healthy eating habits and building a better lifestyle, and engaged with the audience in a Q&A session. For the Q&A session, Suman was joined by physician and clinical nutritionist, Anand Punjabi. "It was truly gratifying to engage with FLO Kolkata members and emphasise the importance of overall well-being. Ageing gracefully is about embracing a healthy lifestyle, and I'm delighted to contribute to this positive journey with FLO Kolkata,” said Suman.
