Diptarag Bhattacharjee, Indraneel Ganguli, and Goutam Lahiri aka the DIG Tales launched their book The Uncanny at Chapter 2 on Southern Avenue on January 8. A collection of 12 eerie tales eliciting from the real-life experiences of the trio and inspired by the sudden nostalgia are for those who like reading the exciting genre. “It’s not a work of fiction as they are experiences that were felt,” said Indraneel, the ‘I’ in the DIG Tales, a marketing consultant based in Hyderabad. The book was first launched in Hyderabad followed by Calcutta. “These tales were souvenirs that were collected on the way as we took road trips,” adds Goutam, whose passion for driving and exploring places across the country and around the world helped him come up with tales for the book.
