The BTM Winter Carnival, in association with The Telegraph, was a fun-filled three-day event that championed women entrepreneurs and their business ventures. BTM (Beauty, Tips & More), a Facebook group for online shopping started by Paromita Ghosh, is a platform for women entrepreneurs to network and conduct their business. Affordability and diversity were the key ideas behind organising the carnival that displayed a wide range of products starting from skincare and jewellery to clothing and food. Apart from providing the city people with a joyful shopping experience, the carnival also hosted many interactive sessions and activities for participants and visitors. Snapshots:
