Actor Abir Chatterjee (centre) launched professor Rama Prosad Banerjee’s book Vedic Economy along with Ranjan Chakrabarti, VC, Netaji Subhas Open University ; professor Nithima Yuenyong, VC, Pathumthani University, Thailand; professor Banerjee and Tridib Kumar Chatterjee, GS, Publishers & Booksellers Guild, at the 46th International Kolkata Book Fair on February 3.

Urging all nations to adapt, practice and implement the spirit of Vedic economy in their own framework, Banerjee, the author and professor of management and chairman and director of Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management (EIILM)-Kolkata said: “The Vedic Economy corrects imbalances through certain basic values at the individual and at the collective level. It urges upon understanding the issues and problems of others... combining the social and human potentials in such a way that growth and fulfilment take place in the context of peace and poise.”
