Real estate developer Merlin Group has introduced a new corporate identity aimed at reflecting its focus on sustainable growth and innovation. The rebranding includes a redesigned logo, website, visual system, and revised mission and vision statements.
The new identity highlights Merlin’s commitment to building dependable, transformative real estate projects. “Our new identity reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional real estate solutions.
Each Merlin project is more than a structure—it’s a place where families and communities thrive,” said Saket Mohta, Managing Director of Merlin Group.
Chairman Sushil Mohta noted that Merlin was one of the first to adopt corporate branding in real estate in 1990. “This rebranding reaffirms our ongoing commitment to quality, transparency, and sustainable development,” he added.
Merlin’s portfolio includes premium residential and commercial spaces, with flagship projects like Acropolis Mall, Ibiza the Fern Resort & Spa, and Princeton Club. Its sports-focused township, Merlin Rise, offers academies associated with global icons such as Ronaldinho, Yuvraj Singh, Michael Phelps, and Tiger Shroff.
In addition to expanding its footprint across West Bengal with the upcoming World Trade Center project, Merlin is also developing properties in Pune and Navi Mumbai. The group continues to align its projects with eco-friendly practices to support sustainable development.
