HDFC Bank on Thursday said it has appointed Kaizad Bharucha as deputy managing director and Bhavesh Zaveri as executive director for three years.

These appointments have been made after clearance from the RBI, the bank said in a regulatory filing.

The RBI, in its communication dated April 19, has approved the appointment of Bharucha as deputy MD of the bank for three years with effect from April 19.

It had also approved the appointment of Zaveri as executive director for a similar term with effect from April 19.

A meeting of the board of directors will be convened in due course to give effect to the appointments.

Jindal Stainless’s board has approved the reappointment of Abhyuday Jindal as the company’s managing director and an interim dividend of Re 1 for 2022-23.

The board has fixed April 26 as the record date for determining entitlement of members for the purpose of payment of special interim dividend which will be completed by May 17, 2023.
