Government extends Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme for MSMEs

It has been extended till November 30 or till such time that Rs 3 lakh crore is sanctioned under the scheme

The government on Monday decided to extend the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme for MSMEs by one month till November 30 as the scheme has failed to meet the target to disburse Rs 3 lakh crore.

The scheme has been extended till November 30 or till such time that Rs 3 lakh crore is sanctioned under the scheme, whichever is earlier, the finance ministry said.
