From being a girl with a lack of self-confidence to helping other women realise their power, Shipra Neeraj has come a long way. Her journey so far has been full of hurdles and challenges and the way she has overcome all of them to emerge stronger is nothing less than inspirational.
There was a time when Shipra Neeraj couldn't complete her MBA because of her medical issues and now she is one of the most successful entrepreneurs in India. A businesswoman who inspires thousands of women to chase their dreams.
Shipra Neeraj has been through a very dynamic career trajectory. But when a friend introduced her to the world of direct selling, it changed her life for the better. She joined one of the most reputed international direct selling companies QNet and climbed the ladder of success step by step. Of course, she had some huge challenges to face in this industry as well but thanks to her perseverance she remained unstoppable.
Being a woman in a patriarchal society, Shipra Neeraj also faced issues regarding being accepted as a leader. But she kept herself going and emerged victorious. Shipra says that she focused on her work, and on setting a good example for others to follow, irrespective of their gender.
"I knew that I was working towards a higher purpose and getting caught up in petty issues would only detract me from it. I let my actions speak for me. My team felt and experienced my commitment to them. They saw how devoted I was to building not just a successful business but helping each individual succeed and grow." she says.
As she continued, many women & men in her team started looking up to her as a role model. This prompted her to start specialised training camps for women that focused on their needs. "I helped other women take control of their lives and inspired them to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams." adds Shipra.
Currently, Shipra Neeraj enjoys an exponentially growing business that has been expanded to international markets. Her closest business hub with a large Indian network is in Dubai and she has decided to focus on expanding business there. Shipra has also been living in Dubai since 2014.
