Supercomputers are crunching numbers to solve complex problems of climate change and also discovering new drugs.

This underscores the pressing need for industries to continue to innovate responsibly, leveraging technology for a better tomorrow.

In this backdrop, Infocom 2024, the 23rd edition of the ABP Group’s flagship event, is being held in Calcutta from December 5-7 with the theme of “Sustainable Disruption”.

The event will bring together the brightest minds and industry leaders for an immersive discussion on cutting edge technologies, transformative leadership strategies and visionary discussions.

From AI and cybersecurity to sustainable business practices, Infocom 2024 is packed with over 80 sessions bringing together over 800 delegates from large corporate houses, IT, SMEs and the government with close to 100 speakers from business, IT, government and small and medium enterprises.

On the opening day, there will be a keynote by Matthew Griffin, award-winning futurist and international speaker, offering insights into trends shaping tomorrow.

Bhaskar Pramanik, former chairman of Microsoft India, and Anil Valluri, chairman Palo Alto Networks, will share leadership strategies during their fireside chats.

Richard Whittington from SAP and Biswajit Das (AWS India and Saarc) will showcase AI’s role in reshaping industries.

The stardom session at the end of Day 1 will feature award winning actress Bhumi Pednekar, who will share her passion for climate action and journey as sustainability advocate.

On Day 2, Sana Kharegani from King’s College London, will explore AI in everyday life, with power panel discussions on data globalisation versus data localisation and the role of AI in cybersecurity.

There will be a recognition session featuring Cdr. Abhilash Tomy, the first Indian to circumnavigate the globe solo under sail (wind power). There will also be a session on women in technology, celebrating strength and resilience.

The third day will feature a spotlight session where Roy Zaltsman, the renowned mentalist from Israel, will captivate the audience with a live telepathy performance.

There will also be motivational insights from Srikant Bolla, founder of Bollant industries.
