The new BMW X3 was launched in India on Thursday in a locally produced two petrol variants. The diesel variant will be launched later.
Vikram Pawah, President, BMW Group India, said, “The new third generation BMW X3 is here to continue the model’s success in the premium mid-size SAV segment.”
The new BMW X3 is available in two petrol variants at an introductory price (ex-showroom). The BMW X3 xDrive30i SportX Plus will retail for Rs 59,90,000 while the BMW X3 xDrive30i M Sport will sell at Rs 65,90,000
Toyota Hilux
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has launched the iconic Hilux in the Indian market to cater to the needs of customers seeking a lifestyle utility vehicle that is best suited for off-roading adventure drives on tough terrains, and everyday city use. The Hilux deliveries will begin in March. The vehicle can be booked for Rs 1 lakh now.
The Hilux has sold 20 million vehicles worldwide in 180 countries. The vehicle was launched in 1968. In India, it will be sold as Semi Knocked Down (SKD) unit and will be assembled in Toyota’s Bidadi plant.
