Resilient Innovations, the parent company of BharatPe, has reportedly filed a case in the Delhi high court against Ashneer Grover, seeking an injunction on the “confidential information’’ about the fintech firm Grover has disclosed.

Last week, Grover posted on X some details regarding the equity allocation and secondary components that were part of BharatPe’s Series E funding round. The round was led by Tiger Global and it saw participation from Dragoneer Investor Group. The start-up had raised $370 million which valued it at $2.86 billion. Grover deleted the post.

BharatPe’s counsel reportedly argued in the court on Friday that Grover had violated obligations mentioned in his employment agreement by disclosing confidential information. Grover’s counsel submitted an apology which was accepted by the court. An ET report said the matter of Grover continuing to hold confidential information will be taken up in the upcoming hearings.
