Ather Energy, an electric two-wheeler start-up backed by Hero MotoCorp, is expanding its footprint with its first dealership in Calcutta.
It has two more dealerships in the east and northeast, one at Siliguri and the other at Guwahati.
The electric vehicle (EV) start-up is experiencing a month-on-month growth in sales and plans to sell close to 30,000 vehicles a month all over India by the end of financial year (FY) 2022-23. This was stated by Ravneet Phokela, CBO, Ather Energy over a telephonic interaction with The Telegraph.
The company has two products in its portfolio, the 450X and the 450 Plus.
“We are going to have month-on-month growth. We are among the top two players in the country in the EV two-wheeler space,” said Phokela.
