The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the provisional seat allotment result of the special stray vacancy round of the National Eligibility Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling 2022. Applicants who will be participating in NEET PG counselling 2022 special stray vacancy round can check their result directly from its official website – mcc.nic.in.
“It is for the information to all candidates that the Provisional Result for Special Stray Vacancy Round of NEET PG Counselling 2022 (for MD/MS/DIPLOMA/MDS & PG DNB Courses) is now available. Any discrepancy in the result may immediately be informed to MCC of DGHS up to 10:00 AM of 11.01.2023 through email on the Email id: mccresultquery@gmail.com after which the Provisional Result will be treated as ‘Final’,” added MCC’s official notification.
MCC has even informed applicants that the provisional result is indicative in nature and is subject to change. “The candidates cannot claim any right over the allotted seat in the provisional result and the provisional result cannot be challenged before the Court of Law,” it further stated.
Applicants who refrained from joining the seats allotted to them in the special round will be debarred from appearing in the upcoming NEET PG 2023 exam. The commission has also declared a special round after applicants demanded an extra round since 2,244 PG (MD, MS, Diploma, PG DNB) and 62 MDS seats remained vacant after the last counselling round.
The MCC has even advised candidates to approach their allotted college or institute only once the final results are declared and once they have downloaded their allotment letter from the MCC website.
