In the Round 2 seat allotment of DNB Post-Diploma counselling conducted by NBEMS, a total of 225 candidates have been allocated seats. To confirm their admission, candidates must 'accept' and 'freeze' their allotted seat by paying a non-refundable first-year course fee of ₹1,25,000 before the deadline. This payment is mandatory for the seat to be finalised.

Additionally, candidates are required to report to their assigned colleges by 5 PM on December 24 with the necessary original documents and the seat allotment letter, which can be downloaded from the NBEMS website. Failure to meet these requirements, including the timely fee payment or document submission, will result in the loss of the allotted seat.

Mop-Up Round Details

NBEMS may organise a mop-up round to fill any remaining vacant seats after the completion of Round 2. However, candidates who have been allotted seats in the second round will not be eligible to participate in the mop-up round. Furthermore, candidates who fail to join the allotted institute or produce the required original documents within the given timeframe will forfeit their admission, and the fees paid will not be refunded. Such candidates will also be barred from participating in the mop-up round if it is conducted.
