The Bar Council of India will soon release AIBE 18 official notification soon. Candidates must note that the council will publish the AIBE XVIII (18) 2023–24 announcement on its official website, allindiabarexamination.com. Pen-and-paper testing will be used for the AIBE XVIII (18) 2023–2024 across the nation.
Anyone who has graduated from law school and hasn't joined a state bar association or passed the bar exam is eligible to take the exam. In order to help them study for the exam, candidates have been waiting for the council to release the AIBE XVIII (18) 2023–24 Dates. AIBE XVIII (18) 2023–24 application processing will probably start soon. The AIBE is a test evaluating a law graduate's ability and knowledge of fundamental legal principles.
AIBE 18 2023: Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have 3-year or 5-year LLB degree from recognised college/instituition
- In accordance with Section 24 (1) (f) of the Advocates Act of 1961, candidates must enlist with their respective State Bar Councils as advocates.
- There is no upper or lower age limit to sit for AIBE exam
