Bengal reports 43 Covid-19 cases, one death

Bengal on Tuesday logged 43 Covid-19 infections, 125 recoveries and one death, resulting in a drop in the total of active cases by 82 to 1,282.

The positive confirmation rate was 0.22 per cent on Tuesday. The rate has been below 1 per cent for 25 consecutive days.

The recovery rate is 98.89 per cent and mortality rate 1.05 per cent. Till now, Bengal has logged over 20.16 lakh cases.
