Zomato women delivery partners can now don kurtas

On International Women's Day, the food delivery platform introduced ethnic uniforms for women

Over the last few years, women are going places and taking up jobs that were essentially dominated by men. As more and more women join the workforce of quick commerce, food delivery and cab services, Zomato has identified a crucial point that made some of their female delivery partners feel discomfort. Many women were not comfortable in their western uniforms. Following this thought, the brand has introduced kurtas as an uniform option besides their usual t-shirts. Any woman who wishes to not wear a t-shirt, can choose to wear the kurta. And these red Zomato kurtas come with pockets for more convenience. The brand posted a heartwarming reel on the same on their Instagram account.
