Sci-fi fans, here’s a Hollywood flick to put on your cine radar

Spell deadly concoction. You’d be wrong if you took it literally because, in this case, it’s Millie Bobby Brown, Chris Pratt, Ke Huy Quan and Jason Alexander, along with Giancarlo Esposito, Woody Norman and Stanley Tucci, all joining forces for a film. This ensemble has come together in the science fiction titled The Electric State, directed by the Russo Brothers aka Anthony Russo and Joe Russo. The film is not just limited to the sci-fi genre and also branched out into adventure and comedy, and is based on a popular graphic novel of the same novel by Simon Stålenhag.  Set in the 1990s, The Electric State is a story of a young girl meeting a robot. The robot says it knows about the girl’s missing brother. What follows is a journey, where you should join them. 

The Electric State will tentatively be airing on Netflix on March 14.
