Fasten your seat belts, because the ‘Crew’ is here

Kareena, Tabu and Kriti in a heist comedy — this Bollywood release is different and daring

Humour and heist — what a combination! Add the three musketeers Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu and Kriti Sanon to the concoction and it makes this Bollywood release hard to wait for.

However, there are more reasons that make Crew one of the most awaited releases of 2024:

1. The opening scene gives a preview to a fun watch, and heist comedy is a not-so-explored genre
2. While the three ladies of B-Town look red hot in the flight attendant costume, the glimpse of high street fashion is on point. The matte base, bold eyes and focus on lip make up, are cues to note too
3. Sprinkle the tadka of a reprised version of Choli Ke Peeche with Bebo showing her moves. Perfect addition to the party playlist
4. There are special appearances by Anil Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma, which makes the watch all the more interesting
5. The teaser reminds us of Steven Spielberg-directed Catch Me If You Can. While we wait for the desi film to release, it’s perhaps time to re-watch it... and also Money Heist (because, why not?)

The film releases on March 29.
