The first look of ‘Kantara A Legend Chapter-1’ is out!

Rishab Shetty is returning with a prequel to the 2022 smash-hit

Kantara was a game changer in 2022, breaking barriers between language, and ushering in an era of storytelling where cinema from down South became sought after like never before. 

Actor-director Rishab Shetty is returning with his bulging biceps and intense glare for a prequel titled, Kantara A Legend Chapter-1, and the film’s first look is now available in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, and Bengali (yes!). Notching over 10 million hits on YouTube in less than a day, the teaser shows us a glimpse of Karnataka during the reign of the Kadamba Dynasty, with a storm brewing. We are in for the ride, as the film prepares for a 2024 release.
