Shilpa Shetty feels like a breath of fresh air in the recently released trailer of Sukhee, a poignant story about a 38-year-old woman taking control of her happiness.
The clip opens with Shetty’s Sukhee being a quintessential housewife, tied to her role as a caregiver, looking after everyone else’s needs except her own. She decides to flip over her boring life and unexpectedly leave for her school reunion, reuniting with her 17-year-old self in the process. Her unabashed joy is infectious, and we can’t wait to watch this slice-of-life film in theatres on September 22.
