‘Raktabeej’ teaser promises a thrilling dramatisation of the 2014 Burdwan blast

The film stars Victor Banerjee, Abir Chatterjee and Mimi Chakraborty in prominent roles

After a compelling first look, the makers of Raktabeej finally dropped the film’s official teaser. The fast-paced clip introduces us to the high-octane backdrop of the 2014 Burdwan blast that shook up Bengal. The film links how the blast is a part of a bigger conspiracy to harm an important individual, and packs a powerful ensemble cast including Victor Banerjee, Abir Chatterjee and Mimi Chakraborty. Directed by Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee, this epic tussle between good and evil is set to release during Durga Puja 2023.
