The trailer for the final season of ‘The Crown’ is here!

The season is expected to heavily lean into Diana’s life during her final years

After five glorious seasons, The Crown is finally preparing to bow out, and its last chapter promises to look into one of the most tumultuous decades of the British monarchy. 

The trailer is centred around Elizabeth Debicki’s Diana, who is under more media glare than ever before in the wake of her separation from Charles, and her relationship with Dodi Fayed. It also asks important questions about Elizabeth’s perceived stoicness demanded by the monarchy, and the impact of being Queen on a human being. With so many questions and just one season to answer them all, we’re intrigued to see how the show will deal with the deaths of the two women at its centre. The season will drop in two halves, with the first part premiering on November 16, and the second on December 14.
