DC’s The Flash has been one of the most awaited superhero projects, especially after co-CEO James Gunn said it would play a pivotal role in reviving the entire cinematic universe. The recently released trailer has only set the stakes higher, with Ezra Miller playing two versions of Barry Allen meeting in a universe where multiple realities intersect. The biggest punch comes from Michael Keaton’s (re)appearance as the caped crusader, reprising his role from Tim Burton’s films and even saying the iconic line, ‘I’m Batman’! The nostalgia quotient goes a step further as Michael Shannon reprises his role as General Zod from Man of Steel too. All in all, the trailer has plenty of ‘Ooh’ moments to keep us eagerly waiting for the film’s release on June 16.
