Joshua Weissman’s recipes are always precise, simple and beginner-friendly! The YouTuber and author is best known for breaking down elaborate recipes with easy food hacks. So, if you’ve been in love with the Spanish Paella but have been nervous to try it, it’s time to take a chance with Weissman’s recipe. 

The chef uses a homemade stock made from the shells of the shrimps. Weissman also has a hack to prepare the luxurious lobster for the dish. He combines chicken and shrimp stock along with saffron to give the dish its characteristic sweet  and umami-rich seafood taste. “There are so many incredible rice dishes out there, but this one takes the cake as the most extravagant and simultaneously one of the easiest,” remarks Weissman.
