Huma Qureshi’s Rani Bharti, who ended up in jail during the last season, is back on bail as Sony Liv’s original series Maharani, returns for a third season. Justice or revenge, it hardly matters as she once again becomes a pivotal figure in Bihar’s political landscape. This time, the housewife-turned-politician is more seasoned, having used her time in jail to educate herself. As she prepares to rise, rule and seek revenge, delve deeper into Bihar’s political drama in this latest season directed by Saurabh Bhave. Produced by Naren Kumar and Dimple Kharbanda, Season 3 will be available for streaming on Sony Liv from March 7.
