‘Haami 2’ packs the punch of the original — and some more!

The second instalment will see Laltu and Mitali struggling with problems of parenthood

Haami 2 sees director-duo Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy returning to pick up the story from where the 2018 hit ended, but with a new twist. The trailer sees Mukherjee and Gargi Roychowdhury return on screen as Laltu and Mitali, this time navigating the stresses of raising two children. The clip also hints at themes of academic pressure and childhood loneliness, packed in with a dash of Haami’s quintessential humour. Also starring Anjan Dutt, Prosenjit Chatterjee and Monami Ghosh, we can’t wait to see this Christmas release on the big screen!
