If you’re a video game enthusiast, the teaser for the Five Nights at Freddy’s film adaptation will drive you crazy. Fans of the universally acclaimed franchise can expect the same jump-scared, complimented by an eerie setting.
The short clip promises to bring the 2014 horror game to life in terrifying fashion by faithfully adapting the in-game mechanics. Starring Josh Hutcherson as the pivotal security guard stuck in the bone-chilling pizzeria for five nights, the film is directed by Emma Tammi and slated to have a joint theatrical and digital release, streaming on Peacock from October 27.
