‘Dark Matter’s Episode 6 teaser shows a never-seen-before side of Chicago

The Apple TV show is based on the bestseller by Blake Crouch

The internet can’t stop obsessing over Apple TV’s latest show, Dark Matter, which premiered on the streaming platform on May 8. The science-fiction show has been dropping weekly episodes since then, keeping fans intrigued. Based on the bestselling 2016 novel of the same name by Blake Crouch, the show follows a physicist in Chicago, who gets warped into an alternate version of his life and explores multiple could-have-beens, while trying to get back home to save his family from a grave danger. 

Apple TV just released a clip from the show’s recently premiered sixth episode, which shows Jimmi Simpson’s Ryan Holder marvelling at a kinder and more progressive version of Chicago in the multiverse, where the skyscraper-filled skyline is juxtaposed with gorgeous visuals of the Northern Lights.
