Shouldn’t there be a docu-series named ‘Living it up in Tokyo with Dan Levy’?
Visiting Yasaka Pagoda to enjoying local cuisine — the popular actor-director had a #lit Japan trip
Dan Levy’s latest Instagram post is enough inspiration to make you plan an international trip. The actor-director who has made a permanent place in our heart Schitt’s Creek and Good Grief, has the best #Tokyogram. If you have watched Dan Levy’s father and legendary actor Eugene Levy’s travel docuseries The Reluctant Traveller, Dan’s Instagram carousel will make you wish that the father-son duo collaborate for one.
From the Yasaka Pagoda in Kyoto to Teamlabs Borderless in Tokyo, trying local cuisine to taking walks with his pals —- Dan made the most of his time as he explored all that the place had to offer. The Pagoda, also known as the Tower of Yasaka, is five storey tall and is located in Higashiyama-ku. It is the last standing building of the Hokanji temple structure of the 6th century. The Teamlabs Borderless has been making a splash because it is a unique art collective formed in 2001 that champions digital art and technology.
Captioned “日本ダンプ” or “Japan Dump”, the suave actor also served fashion pointers as he opted for leather jackets, monochrome hoodies, comfortable trackpants and sneakers for his travel lookbooks. So, are you ready to plan a Tokyo trip this holiday season?
