Zakir Khan lights up Royal Albert Hall

The comedian earnt a 20-minute standing ovation at the legendary venue

Zakir Khan’s last special, Tathastu, brought him adulation from around the world. The stand-up comedian recently achieved another milestone, one that he admits has been a lifelong dream. Khan performed to a sold-out Royal Albert Hall in London last week, earning a 20-minute standing ovation after performing for nearly three hours. He made history, becoming the first Asian comedian to headline the auditorium, and his show was the first one at Royal Albert Hall to be performed entirely in Hindi. Given that he’s promised to record his next special there, we’re really excited to see the places his huge dreams take him to next.
