Celebrating their 40th anniversary,  the 1983 World Cup champion team soared high, literally! Kirti Azad’s tweet took us on a nostalgic flight as the cricket legends celebrated up in the air. The video showcased the legends such as the captain Kapil Dev, one of the all-time greats Sunil Gavaskar, the BCCI president Roger Binny, Krishnamachari Srikkanth and cricketer-turned-politician Kirti Azaad himself to name a few. They were accompanied by the charismatic Gaurav Kapur.

Cheers to the heroes of ’83, who continue to inspire generations of cricket enthusiasts, both on and off the field. Here’s to 40 years of unforgettable moments and the everlasting bond of a victorious team, soaring higher than ever.
