Comedian Sumukhi Suresh had the honour of gracing the red carpet at the International Emmy Awards in New York, sparking a delightful dialogue with two Netflix India stalwarts, Vir Das and Shefali Shah. The banter kicked off with their reactions to Emmy nominations, both feeling like winners merely by participating in such a prestigious event. Vir Das shared insights into his stand-up journey, landing at the Emmys, and echoed Shefali’s sentiment that “actors get paid to wait, the acting is free”. The 10-minute long chat is surely an entertaining one where all three involved keep the spirits high. The few jokes here and there are sure to make you giggle.
