Wences Palau Fernandez’s mobile phone collection will make you rethink your tech obsession

If you think you love your phone, wait till you hear about Wences Palau Fernandez! This Spaniard just made it into the Guinness World Records with a mind-boggling collection of 3,615 unique mobile phones. His love affair with phones began in 1998, when he got his first Nokia 3210. 

Now, Wences owns over 700 Nokia models. What started as a simple display unit has turned into rooms dedicated to his collection. He didn’t stop at Nokia though — his treasure trove includes Siemens, Sony Ericsson, Blackberry, Motorola, HTC, Samsung and even Apple phones.
