It seems like a World Cup for settling scores. After beating Australia at the Super 8, the Men in Blue thumped England on June 27 to enter the T20 World Cup finals with a 68-run victory, avenging their T20 2022 World Cup exit when England won by 10 wickets in the semi-finals. Leaving nothing to chance, the Indian bowlers were clinical in getting the English all out. Sourav Ganguly took to Instagram to express his pride in seeing India enter another finals in just seven months. Dada’s elation reflects the same emotions like us fans, who hope to see the Men in Blue lift the trophy.

With only the South African hurdle remaining, Rohit Sharma expressed his joy and satisfaction in watching the Indian side put up yet another dominant show. The bowlers made key contributions, especially Axar Patel, Jasprit Bumrah and Kuldeep Yadav, proving too hard for the English team to handle. Check out what Captain Ro had to say after the victory and get ready to cheer the Men in Blue tomorrow at 8pm when the final gets underway in Barbados.
