SRK’s ‘Bas Itna Sa Khwaab’ comes true

The Indian superstar wished ISRO and team Chandrayaan-3 on the historic moon landing

“Chaand Taare todh laoon….Saari Duniya par main chhaoon. Aaj india aur #ISRO chhaa gaya…” — that’s how Shah Rukh Khan expressed his emotions on social media, after Chandrayaan-3 Vikram Lander’s successful soft landing on the moon on August 23. 

King Khan’s Instagram post has received more than 25 lakh reactions and fan comments like “Is awsar per apke movie Swadesh ka geet ye jo desh hai mera yaad araha hai ❤️” and “Mujhe sirf ek hi cheez sunai deti hai INDIA ❤️ 🇮🇳 ❤️”. A fan also hoped for the release of Jawan’s trailer on this historic occasion.

SRK further wrote, “Congratulations to all the scientists and engineers…the whole team which has made India so proud. Chandrayaan-3 has successfully soft-landed on the moon”, articulating a pride that every India has been beaming with since yesterday. 

MK suggests: Perhaps it’s time to watch Swades all over again?
